Impressive number of Dunlin today at Maumee Bay State Park on the inland pond. A little difficult to count as some would leave at times and return later. My first count was 360 but a photo I took later showed about 270. Also, 8 Black-bellied Plovers, both terns and a few Bonaparte's Gulls. A group of 12 Tree Swallows were feeding over the lake and fields.

On Lake Erie, large numbers of ducks were too far to ID but my rough estimate was about 12,000 ducks. Probably mostly scaup. Closer to shore were Buffleheads, Red-breasted Mergs, Horned Grebes and one Common Loon.

Peregrine Falcon and Cooper's Hawk were chasing blackbird flocks.
